Seventh Post: 10/7/13

Goals of the Week:

This week we plan to create a working model of an arm for the robot.  Currently we are still brainstorming multiple designs for it, but are still hoping to have it functioning on the robot by next Friday.  In terms of the arm itself, we have to find ways for it to propel the  robot upwards and hang from a bar.  This can be pictured as one doing a single pull up and holding them self in that position.  We also need to create a mechanism for the arm that will us to scoop up multiple balls to complete one of the objectives in the challenge (aka an end effector). On top of this we are also continuing to modify the program on the robot itself.
